In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the net29 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met for the duration of your membership:

1. Age: You are at least 21 years of age. net29 applies a 21+ minimum age policy to all real-money account activity. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, or placing wagers.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms and Conditions.
3. Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended net29 account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one net29 account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms.
4. Own Identity: You are registering using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or providing false identity information, is strictly prohibited.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a net29 employee or contractor in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair participation in net29 services.
6. Not in a Prohibited Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where net29 has specifically excluded access.

To access net29's real-money services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all net29 account registrations:

1. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. net29 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2. One Account Per Person: Each person may register and operate exactly one (1) net29 account. Accounts are non-transferable. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. net29 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must successfully complete net29's KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or international passport) and any additional documents requested. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of account opening may result in account suspension pending verification.
5. Account Closure by net29: net29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where these Terms are breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

All financial transactions on the net29 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals for all net29 members:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: net29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at net29's discretion.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. net29 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 200.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed and in good standing.
4. Withdrawal Processing Time: For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals to major Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within three (3) minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours.
5. Own Payment Methods: You may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may trigger an immediate account review and fund hold.
6. Currency: All balances, bets, wins, and promotional amounts are denominated in IDR. net29 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are beyond net29's control and are your sole responsibility.
7. Refused Transactions: net29 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is associated with fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

net29 offers a range of promotions to active members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Members should read these terms before accepting any bonus offer.
2. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available to an eligible member once only, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — is a breach of these Terms.
3. Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically. net29 does not restore expired bonus balances.
5. Abuse and Manipulation: net29 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it determines that a member has exploited, manipulated, or abused any promotional offer — including through use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements artificially, or any other method that net29 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse.
6. Promotional Calendar: Seasonal promotions may be offered during significant Indonesian occasions including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Independence Day (17 August), and other national celebrations. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

All bets and wagers placed on the net29 platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until net29 has accepted it and issued a confirmation. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, a bet will only be honoured if it was successfully recorded in net29's systems at the time of acceptance.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
3. Obvious Errors: net29 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error (including typographical errors, data feed errors, or pricing algorithm errors). Members are not entitled to exploit obvious pricing errors.
4. Incomplete Events: For sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise incomplete, settlement rules are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules for each market. In general, markets are voided where an event does not reach its natural conclusion within a defined period, unless the outcome of the relevant market has already been determined beyond doubt.
5. Sportsbook Markets: net29's sportsbook covers football (including BRI Liga 1 with all clubs, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, E-sports, and other markets. Availability of specific markets is subject to change.
6. Casino and RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) casino games and slot titles offered on net29 use independently certified RNG software. Published RTPs reflect theoretical long-run return percentages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

net29 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all members. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all net29 accounts:

1. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
2. Loss Limits: Members may set net loss limits over defined time periods. Loss limits are enforced by the platform and cannot be overridden by support agents during the active limit period.
3. Session Time Alerts: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when they have been playing continuously for a defined period. These alerts are displayed within the platform and cannot be disabled once set.
4. Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off) of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for all real-money activity including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering.
5. Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion at any time via account settings or by contacting live chat support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — once activated, the account is closed and no reactivation requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

The following actions and conduct are strictly prohibited on the net29 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one net29 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account use.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with platform systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live casino environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to net29 support.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or reversal of deposits after associated winnings have been withdrawn or wagered.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening net29 support staff or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the net29 platform — including but not limited to the net29 name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, text, data, and software — is the property of net29 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the net29 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any net29 content without prior written authorisation.

net29's collection, use, storage, and protection of member personal data is governed by the net29 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a net29 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

net29 processes member data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications (where applicable consent has been provided). net29 does not sell personal data to third parties and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect all member data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net29's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided thereunder — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their net29 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

net29 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, even where net29 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by circumstances beyond net29's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party system failures, acts of God, or government-mandated restrictions.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data, statistical information, or third-party content displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits net29's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

net29 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the net29 platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or urgent regulatory circumstances.

Continued use of the net29 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the amended terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the law of the jurisdiction in which net29 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or net29's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

net29 operates under international licensing frameworks and subjects its operations to regular independent compliance audits. While net29 is designed specifically for the Indonesian market, members are responsible for determining whether their personal use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.
